Selection guide

Solenoid valve selection first in turn follow the safety, reliability, applicability, economy four principles, followed by six aspects of the working condition (that is, pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, mode of action, special requirements) to select.

One, according to the pipeline parameters to choose the solenoid valve: size specification, interface mode.

Size the pipe according to field pipe id size or flow requirements. Generally, if the value is greater than DN50, choose French. If the value is less than or equal to DN50, choose French based on user requirements.

Two, according to the fluid parameters of the solenoid valve: material, temperature group

1, corrosive fluid: the valve body material should be stainless steel, sealing parts should be PTFE.

2, food or ultra-clean fluid: the body material should be made of sanitary stainless steel, seals should be made of silicone rubber. High temperature fluid: Choose high temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and choose disc/seat combination seals. Fluid viscosity: usually above 50CST can be arbitrarily selected, if more than this value, should choose high viscosity solenoid valve. Fluid cleanliness: clean fluid can be arbitrarily selected, containing more impurities should not choose the pilot solenoid valve.

Three, according to the pressure parameters to choose the solenoid valve: pressure and structural varieties.

1, nominal pressure: this parameter and other general valve meaning is the same, according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.

2, working pressure: working pressure < 0.05mpa must be used direct or step by step direct acting principle, the highest working pressure 0.05mpa can be used direct acting type, step by step direct acting type or pilot type, higher pressure should choose the pilot type.

4. Electrical parameters: AC220V and DC24V are preferred for voltage specifications.

Five, according to the length of continuous working time to choose: normally closed normally open emergency cut-off valve (manual reset).

1, when the solenoid valve needs to open for a long time, and the continuous opening time greatly exceeds the closing time, should choose normally open type. On and off frequency switch or open time is short or open and close time difference is not much, should choose normally closed type. Some working conditions for safety protection, such as furnace fire monitoring, fire safety related dynamic system, should choose emergency cut-off solenoid valve, and should not choose long-term electrification type or normally open type.

Six, according to the environmental requirements to choose additional functions: explosion-proof, check, manual, waterproof fog, water shower

1, explosive environment: the corresponding explosion-proof solenoid valve must be selected (our company's existing dIIBT4,dIICT5, ExmIIT4).

2, open air installation or dust occasions should choose waterproof, dustproof varieties (protection grade ABOVE IP54), used for underwater pipelines must use submersible solenoid valve (protection grade above IP68).

3, in order to need to field manual operation of the solenoid valve, can choose our company normally open, normally closed with manual solenoid valve.

4. When the medium in the tube has backflow phenomenon, the solenoid valve with check function can be selected.
