1. Precautions for use

1. It is recommended that the user assign special personnel to be responsible for, use and maintenance.

2, use the process of failure by our company designated special after-sales service personnel to provide on-site service, without our permission shall not be dismantled.

3, the solenoid valve should be repaired and maintained 1-2 times a year, to eliminate the dust, dirt and other impurities deposited, the replacement of o-ring and other wearing parts.

4. If the solenoid valve is stopped for a long time after installation, it should be operated for about 1 time in half a year and handled in time when problems are found.

5. Before maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and the medium pressure removed.

6, maintenance of the electromagnetic valve to be removed, should be by the use of the department of technical responsible person and our company's technical personnel after communication, under the guidance of our company's professional personnel.

7. When disassembling the solenoid valve for cleaning, all parts should be put in order, and interference fitting parts or bonding parts shall not be disassembled.

8. After being dismantled, metal parts and oil-resistant rubber parts can be cleaned with kerosene or trichloroethylene, and ordinary rubber parts and plastic parts can be wiped with clean cotton yarn.

9, installation according to the reverse order of disassembly, O ring outer circle and other parts of the contact surface coated with lubricating oil, not strong percussion. Be careful not to leak seals and fasteners.

10, the product in the use of abnormal sound, movement should stop working, immediately analyze the cause and take appropriate measures, do not make the equipment sick operation.

Adjust the pressure or working pressure difference, select the appropriate pressure parameters of the product
