Civil solenoid valve

● Principle
The valve cleverly uses the interaction of instantaneous electromagnetic force, permanent magnetic force and spring force to realize pulse-driven self-maintaining valve closing and manual valve opening self-maintaining functions.
Close valve drive principle: instantaneous DC pulse drive close valve (DC 9V ~ 12V/1s)

● Operating instructions
1. There are two ways to close the valve in the open state:
① Provide an instantaneous DC pulse (DC 9~12V) power to the solenoid coil (about 1 second), and the valve will close quickly;
② Open the protective cover and manually press the red handle to close the valve. After the valve is closed, the state is self-maintained.
Note: usually should not open the protective cover, in order to avoid misoperation to close the valve.
2. There is only one way to open the valve in the closed state: manually pull up the red handle to open the valve. The open valve state can be self-maintained.
Note: When opening the valve, if the handle is difficult to pull up, measures should be taken to balance the inlet and outlet pressures at both ends of the valve, and then open the valve after balancing.
Do not barbaric operation, so as not to damage the valve actuator.
3. Valve in the open state: due to the use of magnetic lock principle design, so the valve in the event of harmful strong vibration, the valve may automatically close,
This is a normal situation. If the valve self-locking force is not normal (too small), you should notify the manufacturer of maintenance.
4. When the valve emergency cut off, the site must be confirmed manually, eliminate the hidden dangers of the accident can be manually reset, restore ventilation.
 

● Installation requirements
1. The valve installation unit shall have the corresponding qualification and install according to the relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.
2. The valve should be installed after the main intake valve in the house for maintenance.
3. It should be installed according to the airflow direction indicated by the valve body. The valve body coil should not be inverted, and horizontal and vertical installation is allowed.
4. The solenoid valve control line should be correctly and reliably connected, the control line has polarity: white line is positive, black line is negative, can not be reversed.
5. When purging the pipeline, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve to avoid damage to the valve sealing material by debris in the pipe.
6. Before testing the sealing performance of the pipeline for pressure test, the solenoid valve should be opened.
7. When manually opening the valve, it is advisable to operate when the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the valve is balanced.
8. When the electric valve is closed, avoid connecting the wrong power supply, such as connecting the wrong polarity, adding the wrong voltage or energizing for a long time, so as not to damage the electromagnetic coil.
9. Any damage to the valve or loss of components due to improper storage or illegal construction does not fall within the scope of the company's free warranty.

● Wiring Requirements
Cable: it is recommended to adopt double-core protective wire 2 × 0.75 mm2, and the terminal crimping method is adopted for wiring;
Control distance: capacitor discharge drive mode, wiring length less than 50 meters.

● Valve maintenance
It is recommended that users regularly open and close the valve inspection, such as the discovery of failure, should promptly notify the professionals or manufacturers maintenance.
