1. It is recommended that the user unit assign special personnel to be responsible for, use and maintenance.
2. In case of failure during use, our company shall assign special after-sales service personnel to provide on-site service, and shall not dismantle it without our permission.
3, the solenoid valve should be 1-2 times a year regular maintenance and maintenance, eliminate the deposition of dust, dirt and other impurities, replace the O-ring and other wearing parts.
4. If the solenoid valve is deactivated for a long time after installation, it should be acted once for about half a year, and the problem should be dealt with in time.
5. Before maintenance, the power supply must be cut off and the medium pressure must be removed.
6. When the solenoid valve needs to be disassembled for maintenance, it should be carried out under the guidance of professionals in our company after communication between the technical person in charge of the user department and the technical personnel of our company.
7. When disassembling the solenoid valve for cleaning, all parts should be put in order, and the interference fit parts or bonding parts should not be disassembled.
8. After disassembling, metal parts and oil-resistant rubber parts can be cleaned with kerosene or trichloroethylene, and ordinary rubber parts and plastic parts can be wiped with clean cotton yarn.
9. The installation shall be carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. The outer circle of O-ring and the contact surface of other matching parts shall be coated with lubricating oil, and strong knocking shall not be carried out. Be careful not to miss seals and fasteners.
10, the product in the use of the process found that the sound, action is abnormal should stop working, immediately analyze the cause and take appropriate measures, shall not make the equipment with disease operation.
