Installation Instructions

1. On-site installation must strictly follow the relevant provisions of the Electrical Safety Regulations for the People's Republic of China and Explosion Hazardous Places.
2. Read the instruction manual carefully before installation and use, check whether the product meets the use requirements, and check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate are consistent with the parameters of the selected product.
3. Before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned and purged to avoid impurities blocking the valve port and damaging the sealing surface. When there are more dust and impurities in the medium, a filter should be installed before the valve.
4. When installing, pay attention to the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline fluid, and the solenoid valve coil components should be vertically upward. When there are special regulations, please install according to the instructions.
5, threaded solenoid valve in the installation of the application of wrench or pipe clamp to the body, and then screw on the tube, can not be applied to the force on the coil, so as not to damage the coil components.
6. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline or water hammer, please fix the valve before and after the connection with the bracket.
7. When installing, the center line of the pipeline should be consistent with the connecting flange and thread center of the valve, otherwise the connecting thread or flange will break or deform due to the distortion of the valve body.
8, the solenoid valve should not be installed in a drip, wet or pipe low recess, to prevent the coil due to long-term moisture and affect the service life.
9, solenoid valve installation should have a certain amount of reserved space for daily maintenance and repair.
10. After the solenoid valve is installed, it must pass the fluid action several times to confirm the normal action before it can be put into normal use.
