1. Preparation before installation
Pipeline material: the pipes connecting the gas path are all PTFE pipes.
Zero air source: you can bring your own compressed air or zero air generator, you can also use ambient air as zero air.
2. Connecting gas circuit
The "ozone inlet" of the device is connected with a detection air source. The input of the air source is self-priming. The front end of the inlet needs to be connected with a discharge port to prevent excessive pressure from damaging the instrument.
The "emptying port" is directly discharged from the outdoor by the ventilation facility.
6. operating instructions
1. Instrument preheating
a. Turn on the I/0 switch of the equipment, and the preheating time is about 30 minutes;
B, open the exhaust switch at the same time to exhaust air;
c. After power on, the computer power switch on the front panel is automatically turned on, the software operating system is automatically turned on, and the operation interface is entered.
2. After the instrument is warmed up, turn on the other instruments in turn.

E, after the end of the operation, first turn off the air source, then turn off the device and computer, and finally turn off the ventilation facilities.
3. Software operation
After turning on the power, the computer will automatically start and open the software to enter the work interface, as shown in the figure
Click "File" → "List Display", or click on the upper part of the software to display detailed dynamic data at the bottom of the interface. Click Save when you need to save the data, and the saved files can be named freely.
When you do not want to display dynamic data, click "List Display" or the upper part of the software.
Click the black unit symbol "ppb" on the right side of the digital display box to select different display units for switching.
"Parameter setting" and "calibration setting" are forbidden to operate at ordinary times and are only used when the instrument is calibrated.
4. Precautions

8. transportation and storage
1. When the instrument needs to be transported, protective measures should be taken, which can be transported according to the original packaging, and must avoid falling and rolling. Must prevent rain, sun exposure and severe impact.
2. The instrument shall be stored under packaging conditions before use. The indoor ambient temperature of the instrument shall be 0-40 ℃, the relative humidity shall not be more than 85%, and there shall be no corrosive gas in the room.
3. When the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a cool and dry place, and should be cleaned regularly to avoid dust and direct sunlight.
